A while back, I posted a link to an article about John Wieners written by the poet Cedar Sigo for the Harriet Blog about Wiener's book, "Behind the State Capitol." Often times I post links so I can remember to go back to them when I have the time after coming across them when there's a time crunch. There's some down time here at the libary before the 7 PM rush, so I got to read more.
I like the phrase Sigo used to describe the best things of John Wiener's writing: voice, velocity and variety. Such a great, alliterative choice of words to highlight some of the many ways to describe the amazing-ness of the work.
