Smoosh out the inside of four or so figs
Sprinkle of garlic powder, salt and pepper
1 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 tbs cream
2 tsp olive oil
Whisk it all together in the bottom of a big bowl. Be aware it looks pink like pepto so toss the salad into it right away so no one thinks you're feeding them medicine. It's sweet and yummy.
