I eat really healthy, except when I don't. Most every day I get my 5 fruits and veg, I never have meat, except occasional seafood, and I hardly have any meal with much processed food. Lately, thanks to the farmstand job, it's been local grown, too. BUt then, there's cookies. Cookies and sweets are a real downfall for me. I wonder how many days I can go without having a cookie? I didn't have one yesterday. Can I skip today too? What would that do for my health? That's where the processed food, the fat, the sugar all come from. How long can I go without?
