All ingredients are proportional to what I am in the mood for, so just eyeball it.- Frozen mango
- Frozen carrots
- Frozen strawberries
- Fresh banana
- Cinnamon (tsp)
- Flax seed (tbs)
- Coconut oil (tbs)
- Plain yogurt
- Almond/coconut milk, unsweetened
- Ice
Blend until all ingredients are smoothed together.
